Change PHP versions were updated to 7.2.22 and 7.3.9.
Change Sodium is now enabled as an alternative to mcrypt in PHP 7.2 and PHP 7.3.
Change After registering for an Acquia Cloud Free account, subscribers are no longer redirected to the Acquia Cloud user interface welcome screen.

Fix When viewing the Environments page in the Acquia Cloud user interface for a subscription containing a deprovisioned but not yet deleted environment, the Acquia Cloud user interface displayed an error.
