Change PHP 7.3 is updated to 7.3.28 and PHP 7.4 is updated to 7.4.18.
Change Cloud Platform supports PHP 8.0. Note that this PHP version does not have the propro library, which is no longer a required dependency for the pecl_http PHP library.
Fix When users without the proper user role or permission were clicking the Email tab, the Cloud Platform user interface was showing a spinning wheel instead of a warning about incorrect user permissions.
Fix New Cloud Platform subscriptions were blocked from enabling Platform Email on their environments.
