Change [Cloud Next] New Relic is upgraded to v10.13.0.2.
Fix [Cloud Next] New Relic reported the duration of certain Drupal-specific HTTP requests incorrectly. For example, Drupal calls to Acquia Search or other Solr endpoints were not reported correctly. To ensure that the reports are accurate, PHP global configurations are updated to leverage the newrelic.guzzle.enabled flag in New Relic. This flag controls the reporting of the PHP Guzzle library’s external requests.
