Engagement score trend detail report

Personalization includes the Engagement score trend detail report displaying a bar graph time series with the average engagement score by month defaulted to the past 6 months, optionally filtered by Event Name and Channel Type.

This report is pre-run for speed and backed by a Persistent Derived Table (PDT). For more information about PDTs, see Modifying your filters.

Running the report

To run the report, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Personalization and in the top menu, click Analyze. The Analytics Views page opens.

  2. Click Engagement to expand the list of available reports.

  3. Click Engagement score trend to display the report’s filter settings.

    By default, the Engagement score trend report is pre-configured with the following filters and settings:

    • Customer Site is All Sites

    • Event Name is All Events

    • Channel Type is All Channel Types

    • Segment Name is All Visitors (No segment filter)

  4. To compile the report with the default filter settings, click Run.

Explore From Here

To view basic analytics information, from the report section in the table, click the icon and select Explore From Here from the menu.

Alternately, you can click Monthly Engagement Scores per Person in the table. Both options open the Explore page and display the Monthly Stats section for the Engagement score trend report.
