Personalization

Segment performance detail report

Personalization includes the Segment performance detail report displaying the following values:

  • Person count

  • Touch count

  • Average touch duration

  • Average number of Page Views

  • Average engagement score by segment

These values default to the past 30 days and can be optionally filtered by event name and segment name.

Running the report

To run the report:

  1. Sign in to Personalization and in the top menu, click Analyze. The Analytics Views page opens.

  2. Click Segment to expand the list of available reports.

  3. Click Segment performance to display the report’s filter settings.

    By default, the Segment performance report is pre-configured with the following filters and settings:

    • Customer Site is any value

    • Date is in the past 30 days

    • Event Name is any value

    • Segment Name is any value

  4. To compile the report with the default filter settings, click Run.

The Total row represents visitors or touches from all listed segments.

Explore From Here

To view basic analytics information, from the report section in the table, click the icon and select Explore From Here from the menu.

Alternately, you can click Segment Performance in the table. Both options open the Explore page and display the Profiles section for the Segment performance report.
