Personalization includes the Touches by browser detail report showing the number of touches by browser, defaulted to the past 30 days.

Running the report

To run the report:

• Sign in to Personalization and in the top menu, click Analyze.

  The Analytics Views page displays.

• Click Touches to expand the list of available reports.

• Click Touches by browser to display the report’s filter settings.

  By default, the Touches by browser report is pre-configured with the following filters and settings:

  • Customer Site is any value
  • Date is in the past 30 days
  • Browser is any value
  • Platform is any value
• To compile the report with the default filter settings, click Run.

Explore From Here

To view basic analytics information, from the report section in the table, click the icon and select Explore From Here from the menu.

Alternately, you can click Touch Count by Browser in the table. Both options open the Explore page and display the Touches section for the Touches by browser report.
