Create a new tag titled Personalization - Identity Update - Email.
Add a Personalization Capture Tag.
Select the Capture type as Identity.
In the Identity Custom Parameters expandable section enter email as the parameter name and map it to a dataLayer variable which has the value to be captured.
Add a Trigger to the tag.
Click Save to use this tag to capture a visitor’s identity.
