If I select a previous version of an asset in DAM, will the asset embedded in my Drupal content be updated?

No. If you select a previous version of an asset in DAM and select Set Version as Finalized, the asset embedded in your Drupal content will not update. However, a workaround is available to ensure that the proper asset is displayed after selecting a previous version.

• On the Asset Details page, select Switch Version and then select a previous version of the asset.
• Edit one of the metadata fields. Drupal will detect this as an update to the asset.
• Select Set Version as Finalized.
• Check your Drupal page after an hour, and verify that the page displays the previous version of the asset.
