Analyze login data

Login data has been added as an event type to Insights reports. Explore the data by looking at logins by location, time period, user role, and more. 

View all portals 

Instead of seeing the first 250 portals on your Portals dashboard, you can now page through them all using a paginator at the bottom of the list.  

If you have Channel Portals, you’ll see two tabs at the top of the list and you can toggle between channel portals and the other portal types. 

More details about intended use in reports

When users select Other for intended use of assets, they can add details to an open text field about how they’ll use the file. Those details now appear in a column in the CSV export for download reports.  

Color separation in Workflow enhanced proofer

Using the new color separations feature, reviewers can view assets and identify possible print issues by measuring color density. 
 

Edit and duplicate customized templates

Now in the Templates app, you can make tweaks and duplicate customized templates. 

 

Accessibility fix

An issue with accessibility in the More search dropdown menu has been fixed. You can now tab into Search help and Saved searches and the focus states when hovering over them with a mouse are now working correctly. 

 

Bug fixes

• We investigated and fixed an issue with specific search filters causing an error message in redesigned search results. 
• A bug involving dates in Asset Digest has been fixed, so you’ll no longer see an error message saying “Metadata could not be loaded.”
• A blank screen or 404 message was sometimes appearing when creating a new channel portal. This has been resolved. 
• The calendar feature in Portals has been fixed so that you can select an expiration date for the portal.
