Improved downloading in Portals¶

Now, users can easily download the exact file size and format they need from portals. Preview a published portal to try out the new download experience. 

Tags for assets¶

Tags are keywords that you add to an asset to help others discover it in the Acquia DAM. Once the feature is enabled, tags display in the Asset Digest and the asset uploader. Tags are also searchable through quick search and advanced search. When you click a tag, you’ll see all assets tagged with that keyword. 

New integration: Canva¶

Save time by syncing Canva to your Acquia DAM. You’ll be able to search and select DAM assets to add to designs in Canva. 

Upload Wizard retirement¶

The Upload Wizard has been deactivated on every Acquia DAM site. All users are now using the asset uploader experience. If your DAM users need help learning the uploader, share our video tutorial or support article. 

AI assistant in Workflow app¶

The Workflow enhanced proofer now has an AI assistant! Simply mention AI in a comment and prompt with a question or request. In seconds, the AI assistant will respond with a creative solution.

Bug fixes¶

• An issue with the Mandatory Required Fields in Asset Uploader feature toggle not displaying has been resolved.
• In the Workflow app, due dates for deliverable stages no longer change if the stage is completed after the due date.
• An issue with the error that displayed when saving metadata edits on the Template details page has been fixed.
• For customers experiencing slow load times and flickering display issues in portals, the issue has been fixed and load times have returned to normal.
• An issue with viewing archived assets in Asset Digest has been fixed.
