Redesigned search updates¶

• Attached documents filter. In the legacy search experience, you could refine search results using the filter “Has attached documents” to display only assets with attached documents. You can now do this in the redesigned search experience.  
• Search by asset ID. Assets have an ID that shows in the Asset Digest URL, share link, and other places in DAM. In the redesigned search experience, you can now enter this ID in the search box to find an asset without having to use a shortcode. 

Number of Entries channels¶

The maximum number of channels that can be created per customer is now 100.

Bug fixes¶

• The issue with .potx and .dotx files incorrectly showing an error message instead of “Preview Not Available” in Asset Digest has been resolved.
• We resolved an issue where not all filters enabled in the Admin app were displaying in search results.
• In portals, the scroll bar was sometimes being cut off by the top section and navigation, but this bug is now fixed. 
• Video portals with the night theme no longer show a white background when you scroll down the page.
• In the Templates app, when changing a template image and searching for images in DAM, search results only showed 50 results. This issue was fixed so that the correct number of search results are showing.
