Acquia DAM is HIPAA ready

Acquia DAM now meets the rigorous requirements of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This includes the Portals, Workflow, Entries, Insights, and Templates apps. Charts, more filters added to Reports

Updated rich text editor (RTE) in Entries app

In the Entries app, the rich text editor has been replaced with the more modern and accessible RTE experience. It has improved interaction with keyboard shortcuts, more informative focus states, and tooltips on buttons.

Accessibility updates

Tab navigation has been improved in the updated download experience and overlapping modals in the DAM.

Bug fixes

An issue was resolved so that text area metadata fields have the same formatting in Asset Digest as they do in Asset Details.
An issue was resolved with SSO registration codes, so users will no longer see an error when selecting default registration codes during setup.
We fixed the issue with Insights app overview table dates being incorrect.
Brand Portal table of contents links are now jumping to the correct section when clicked.
We fixed the issue with portals admin not being able to edit Channel Portals created by other users.
An issue with EPS file previews looking incorrect is now fixed.
Some assets with multiple versions that have different extensions weren’t previewing in Asset Digest. This issue is now resolved.
The Video with Player share links from portals are now shortened – similar to other video share links from portals.
If you added more than 100 recipients for a path, you were seeing a warning message that 100 is the maximum number of recipients; however, you could keep adding more. This has been fixed. The maximum number is 1,000 and you will now see the warning message if you try to add more than that.
