Copilot release

Acquia Copilot is a conversational tool that helps you accomplish tasks in Acquia DAM. For the first release, you can ask it to search for assets, summarize documents, and explore asset data. Learn more about what it can do and how to use it.

Copilot is in an early preview phase, and while that program is full, look for a full launch in 2025!

 

Insights updates

New! Storage reporting

We’ve added the option to create reports for storage in Insights. View storage data over time and by asset group or asset state to help make decisions about asset management.

Embed views report updates

There were some performance improvement updates to embed views reports in Insights. You’ll see new group by and filter options.

• Group by options for:
  • Asset name
  • Asset group
  • Embed link creator role
• Filters for:
  • Asset group
  • Collection

Refine search results images by color

All customers can now refine search results by color. Finding assets based on image colors makes it easy to find the right image for a project based on the visual theme.

Note that you can refine by color for images, not other assets. This feature is only available in redesigned search, not classic search.

Collapse tasks in Entries

If you don’t need to review tasks in Entries, you can now click the Tasks button to collapse the window. Acquia DAM will save that preference and remember not to open the window the next time you’re working on tasks.
