Duplicate Asset Detection (Images)¶
A powerful, AI-driven feature now utilizes visual content analysis to identify and help remove duplicate image assets, even when they have differing filenames, sizes, or formats. This capability provides DAM administrators with a dedicated tool to manage content integrity and optimize storage.
Customer benefits
- Maintain content integrity: Ensure users always access the highest quality and correct version of an image, enforcing brand consistency.
- Optimize storage: Easily identify and remove redundant or low-quality visual copies, helping to manage and reduce storage usage.
- Simplified management: Streamlines the process of cleaning up the DAM by consolidating all visual duplicates into one review experience.
Acquia DAM Asana Connector¶
An application that can be installed directly into your Asana projects. This connector provides a seamless user interface (UI) to access and manage DAM assets without leaving the Asana task workflow. This eliminates manual file transfers, reduces version issues, and saves time for content teams.
Customer benefits
- Save time and boost productivity: Instantly access, search, and attach final, approved assets, eliminating the time-consuming process of downloading from DAM and uploading to Asana. It also enables teams to use DAM for large Work-In-Progress (WIP) files that may exceed Asana's file size limits.
- Reduce errors and version issues: Ensures teams always work with the current, approved version of an asset, minimizing the risk of using incorrect or outdated files in projects.
- Centralized workflow: Provides a direct link between project management and asset management, keeping production workflows streamlined and consistent.
Note on Integrations¶
Acquia DAM also offers an Asana Native Integration, which is a separate background service for automated asset upload based on task triggers. The Asana Connector described here is a UI-based application that provides active user control within the Asana interface.
