Acquia DAM - December, 2025
CI HUB Adobe Express
Creative team members can now connect Acquia DAM directly to their Adobe Express instance to access and manage files without leaving their creative environment. It is now possible to browse and place assets directly from your DAM into Adobe Express, and once the design is complete, upload it back to the DAM without leaving the app. This bidirectional workflow eliminates manual downloads and keeps assets organized and up-to-date.
Customer benefits
- Access the latest, approved assets: Users can always find and use the most current, brand-approved files from the DAM directly within Adobe Express.
- Reduce brand risk: Teams are less likely to choose the wrong asset or an unapproved version when they can access the DAM directly.
- Save time: Users no longer need to switch between platforms or manually download and re-upload files.
- Streamline workflows: Users can import assets straight into projects and upload finished designs back to the DAM instantly, which keeps systems organized and updated.
Insights Dashboards
Acquia DAM is introducing Insights Dashboards, a powerful new feature designed to centralize your most important data. Previously, administrators often had to navigate through numerous individual reports to piece together a complete picture of DAM performance. This update enables users to create custom, at-a-glance views of critical metrics, which makes it easier than ever to validate DAM’s ROI and make faster, more effective business decisions.
Customer benefits
- Tailored visualization: Create personalized dashboards with specific charts from your existing reports to highlight the performance metrics that matter most to your team.
- Instant access to metrics: Quickly view key data with the option to set any custom dashboard as your "Default." This ensures that your most important charts are the first thing you see when you open the Insights application.
- Flexible organization: Easily rearrange charts within your dashboard with a drag-and-drop interface to match your desired preference.
- Simplified reporting: Eliminate the need to manually aggregate data with visuals from multiple different reports in one consolidated view.

- Fixed an issue where the Asset Detail's attached document panel only displayed one attached document per filename; now, all attached documents are listed even if they share the same filename.
- Fixed an issue where the Portals dashboard sometimes took longer than expected to load.
- Fixed an issue where it was sometimes possible for users to view the contents of a collection that they did not have permission to view.
