Introduction¶
This article gives information about the appearance and details of each of the reports that are available for the Heartbeat module.
Heartbeat reports¶
This section gives information about the reports for the Heartbeat module.
The available report for Heartbeat is:
Heartbeat report.
- Click Schedule This Report (calendar icon) on the same row as the report to receive the report as an email attachment. Multiple selection is allowed.
- Click Open Report (eye icon) to get the newest report.
- Click Report Administration (gear icon) to add other users to receive the report.

Navigation¶
This section gives instructions on how to navigate to the report center and how to view and receive reports.
Click Report Center (paper icon) on the top menu bar of Acquia Optimize.
- Open Report (eye icon): Click to open the Report pane.
- Click the link to navigate to the URL.
- Tick the radio button to select a domain or group report.
- Click Save.
- A dialog box informs: Generating report. Your report is currently being generated. You will receive an email when the report is ready. You can see the current progress under the "Received reports" box to the right.
- OK: Click to close the dialog box.
- Open Received Reports: Click to open and view reports that are already sent.
- The new requested report is sent to your email.
Heartbeat Report¶
The report is delivered to the email addresses for the persons assigned to receive this report.
The fields show:
- Report name, domain, and date of the scan.
- Domain section: The chart has the columns:
- Domain: The name and link to the domain.
- Average Response Time (ms): The average amount of time it takes for the site to respond.
- Average Uptime (%): The percentage of time that the site was available.
- Incidents (Downtime): The number of times the site was unavailable.
- Outages section: The chart has the columns:
- Domain: The name and link to the domain.
- Start time: The time the outage began.
- End time: The time the outage was resolved.
- Duration (minutes): The number of minutes the site was down.
