Introduction¶
This article provides a list of the required conditions to set up and use Acquia Optimize.
Login and password¶
For new customers, refer to the Welcome email for the login link and password.
If a login to your site is required, whitelist the Acquia Optimize IP address.
IP addresses:¶
Whitelist the IP address for your region:
- USA and Canada
- UK and Europe
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan
The Heartbeat feature uses several IP addresses. If you intend to use this feature, whitelist the IP for your region as per below instead to ensure the module functions properly.

If you do not know which one to use, please contact your sales representative.
Ports used¶
In some instances, your IT team will ask for the ports that Acquia Optimize uses. The Acquia Optimize ports are:
- 443 for https
- 80 for http.
User agent¶
If needed, the user agent information is the following:

Renewal¶
It is important to review the terms of the Acquia Optimize agreement. It is our recommendation for customers to set up a reminder in the work calendar 30 days before the renewal date.
Review the policy and set alerts for renewal dates.
Set up Acquia Optimize¶
It is important to set up the platform, add team members, and assign permissions so that your team can quickly begin the training and start to work in Acquia Optimize.
