What can I do if my scan stops before it finishes?
If the scan repeatedly shows this behavior, the following reasons could apply:
- If this is not the first scan, the problem is in most cases due to post-processing. Rescan the website using the on-demand scan feature. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
- It is possible that the scan has actually finished, but the data processing from the scanner to your tenant database has failed. Rescan the website using the on-demand scan feature. This process could take 2 hours or more to complete, especially for large domains.
