FEATURE	SITES-1764	The Sites Dashboard provides the option to restore database backups.
CHANGE	SITES-1725	When you request to export a site immediately after you have already exported it, the system displays a human-readable timestamp after which you can do that operation again.
FIX	SITES-1724	When users tried to export a site, the notification functionality did not work as expected.
FIX	SITES-1277	The system incorrectly allowed users to invite a new team member to the same team twice.
FIX	SITES-1515	The system did not refresh the list of users automatically. Because of this, newly invited team members were not displayed.
