Working with Acquia support
Documentation covers topics directly related to Acquia and its products, such as Acquia Cloud, Acquia Cloud Enterprise, Acquia Drupal, Acquia Cloud Site Factory, Acquia Dev Desktop, and so on. If you are looking for information on how to accomplish a task with a specific product, you can click any of the product links from the main Help Center home page.
Acquia's knowledge base contains a variety of information from general Drupal information and definitions to advanced server configuration that isn't necessarily specific to Acquia and its products. To view the knowledge base articles, you can click the Browse all link next to Knowledge base - Featured articles on the Help Center home page, or view the entire list directly.
When you search for information, you can narrow your search by using any of the links to the left after you've performed a search. These search facets focus your results down to documents that are using those specific terms. So, if you want to see only items in Acquia Cloud, and you are in Documentation, click those facets.
If you're looking for any information related to a particular topic, the Help Center also uses taxonomy to group documents together. For example, if you are looking for information on
.htaccess, you can click the term on the right side of the page (Article details in the Knowledge base), and the website will search the rest of the website for the same term. You'll often see these terms on the left under Related web terms as well.
