Campaign Factory provides an option to pause email communication for a defined date range at the account and instance levels. If the date range is configured at an account level, the pause is applied to all instances associated with the Campaign Factory account. Instance-level configurations override account-level settings. However, instance-level configurations can be overridden by account-level settings if the Override? checkbox is selected at the account level.
