Onboarding overview

Onboarding for new Campaign Studio customers is delivered through Acquia Academy.

With Acquia’s self-paced electronic learning program, you can:

  • Gain familiarity with this product on your own schedule.

  • Develop the skills required to implement Campaign Studio.

  • Get the support of onboarding resources and instructor-led training to prepare your team to adopt Campaign Studio practices.

Planning for success

Acquia has identified that successful Campaign Studio implementations have alignment across the project team and organization. Acquia suggests that you identify personnel for the following roles:

  • Executive Sponsors or Steering Committee: Provides support, guidance, and vision, and acts as the primary stakeholder for the success of the Campaign Studio implementation.

  • Project Manager: Facilitates and tracks the progress of the implementation. This individual provides project management support, such as budget, scope, and schedule management, and ensures that the customer team completes tasks on time.

  • Marketing Subject Matter Expert: Uses Campaign Studio on a daily basis, and is involved with goal-setting and implementation architecture.

  • Technical Lead: Assists with authentication, setup, integrations, data, or other technical implementation details.

Customer preparation

The Campaign Studio onboarding is effective if you:

  • Have access to DNS manager and website back-end: Campaign Studio requires domain name records for email sending and custom domains, and website access for tracking codes, forms, and more features to help with personalization.

  • Articulate your goals for using Campaign Studio: If you know why you are implementing Campaign Studio, and what business challenges you want to solve, your project planning is smoother.

  • Identify all participants who will require onboarding training: Identify the project participants who need access to the Campaign Studio e-learning resources.

Acquia offers enhanced support and guidance through additional paid services for those who seek additional individual instruction and guidance with Campaign Studio, including:

Acquia trains your technical users, marketing users, and strategists to get started with Campaign Studio. The total duration of these services is 10 hours and they are delivered remotely over 2 days.
