My credit card information changed. How do I change my billing information?

To change the credit card information associated with your subscription, log in to your Acquia Network account and click the My account link at the top of the page.

If you have any other billing issues with your Acquia Network or Acquia Cloud purchase, you can either contact Support, or call Sales at (888) 922-7842.

I have multiple Acquia Network subscriptions. Can I have use a different credit card for each subscription?

We store your billing information (including your credit card number) with your Acquia Network user account, and not with your individual subscriptions. Because of this, your Acquia Network user account's billing information applies to all of your subscriptions.

How often is my Acquia Cloud subscription billed?

We charge your credit card on the 10th of each month for your Acquia Cloud standard subscription. If you also have a Professional subscription, it's included with your monthly bill. If you've purchased a Professional subscription without Acquia Cloud, you can set up your account to be billed annually.

To view your billing information, in the Acquia Network, click the My account link, and then select the Billing history tab.

What are my Support options with a Professional subscription and Acquia Cloud standard?

You receive six Support tickets with a Professional subscription. You can use these tickets as you need them, but you must use them in one year, because they don't roll over to the next year of a continued subscription.

Can I upgrade a Developer subscription to a Professional subscription?

Yes. Submit a support ticket requesting to upgrade your subscription.
