Acquia CDP

Content

With the Content feature, you can use predefined, user-friendly filters that ease customization and specification of your campaign data export to your chosen destination channel. It represents the customer-specific metadata included in your campaign output. Various category models are available to provide a framework for organizing and structuring the data for export. You can export text, image URLs, and links from CDP to multiple channels through a user-friendly interface.

You can choose the data attributes as follows:

  • For customers: first name, last name.
  • For products: last abandoned, browsed, purchased, or recommended
  • For stores: closest or primary
  • For events: product ID
Note
  • The one-to-many content models increase the number of downstream records from one to several for each master customer. Therefore, you can include only one content model in each campaign. However, you can combine it with any number of customer attributes and content models as required.
  • You cannot concurrently have multiple one-to-many content models of the same type, such as last purchased, last browsed, recommendation. Any change that you make overwrites the existing one.

Features and benefits

  • Select multi-content models - You can choose from a range of model categories to customize attributes for your audience.
  • Customized one-to-many relationships - Content models enable you to customize and address the preferences and behaviors of various customers. Including data attributes from the one-to-many and many-to-many relationships in CDP with your campaign output enhances personalization, enabling highly targeted content for individualized audiences.
  • Segmentation flexibility - Segments are created in the Segments and Variant tab. With multi-segments, the echo content feature differentiates the segments in the downstream system(s). Global Content applies to all audience records regardless of their segment. The content feature ensures that your messaging is relevant to various segments of your audience, thereby enhancing your campaign’s effectiveness. For more information, see Global Content.
  • Create highly personalized campaigns - You can use the CDP content tool to create highly personalized sets of data points for communication channels, including  email, Short Message Service (SMS), Data  (DMP), social media, and so forth. The data points consist of customer information and details such as product preferences, engagement with promotions, rewards history, machine learning-driven recommendations, and geographically-targeted insights. The outcome of using this feature results in substantial increase in customer engagement, resulting in more effective marketing than standard, non-personalized campaigns.
