The Customer Data Platform (CDP) Support team can be reached by filing a ticket here. If your account is not yet configured, see documentation page or reach out to your CSM. Support can help with your issues, questions, and access requests.

When contacting Support, provide:

  • A clear description of the problem
  • The report name, campaign name, view name, and URL
  • Error message, if available
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Whether the issue impacts campaign launch or time of launch
  • Screenshots of the issue
