Support

The Customer Data Platform (CDP) Support team can be reached by filing a ticket. If your account is not yet configured, see documentation page or reach out to your CSM. Support can help with your issues, questions, and access requests.

When contacting Support, provide:

  • A clear description of the problem
  • The report name, campaign name, view name, and URL
  • Error message, if available
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Whether the issue impacts campaign launch or time of launch
  • Screenshots of the issue
