Using customer 360 Profiles UI

This page provides information about using the 360 Profiles for the following scenario:

Marketers need to evaluate a few customer profiles to assess their alignment with their brand's customer type and loyalty. This involves reviewing the customer's integrity parameters such as activities, engagement, purchase history, machine learning, and identities.

Accessing the 360 Profiles UI

  1. Sign in to your CDP user interface.
  2. Click 360 Profiles.
Note

If you do have access to 360 Profiles, contact your tenant’s administrators to request access. You can only have view access. There is no edit access to 360 profiles.

The following are the methods to search for a record based on the available information:

The search method helps you to refine your search by selecting address data from the downward arrow under the basic search fields.

The following search attributes are currently supported:

  • State: The state or province associated with the address of the record.

You can view the following details:

  • The search engine returns a pattern of results that exactly match your request, displaying 10 records per page.

    • Master customer: Represents the aggregation of all child customer identities into a single record.

If the same customer has multiple identities with the same data, the list of results might display similar or identical rows. You can click the identity that best matches and has the most complete information.
