This page provides information about using the 360 Profiles for the following scenario:
Marketers need to evaluate a few customer profiles to assess their alignment with their brand's customer type and loyalty. This involves reviewing the customer's integrity parameters such as activities, engagement, purchase history, machine learning, and identities.
If you do have access to 360 Profiles, contact your tenant’s administrators to request access. You can only have view access. There is no edit access to 360 profiles.
The following are the methods to search for a record based on the available information:
The search method helps you to find records efficiently by using the most commonly available information. Enter a full or partial value in one or more search attributes.
The following search attributes are currently supported:
Attribute | Description |
---|---|
First name | The first name of the customer. |
Last name | The last name of the customer. |
Email address | The email address of the customer. |
Phone number | The phone number of the customer. |
Source customer number | The unique customer identifier or primary key that you use to identify your customers in your standard data feed. For example, email address, phone number, internal record ID from an ERP, data warehouse, or other system that sends customer data to CDP. |
The search method helps you to refine your search by selecting address data from the downward arrow under the basic search fields.
The following search attributes are currently supported:
Attribute | Description |

Mailing address | The most recent mailing address of the child customer record based on the source customer number.

For your first search, try entering your name or a common name in your area, such as 'John' for the United States.
For example, do the following to search for a customer whose name is Katey Cartwright:

.Based on your requirements, do one of the following:
To find the customer profiles that precisely match your search criteria, select the Exact Match Only checkbox.
To search for similar names such as "Kate", clear the Exact Match Only checkbox.
Click Search.
CDP displays the following results for the customer whose name is Katey Cartwright:
You can view the following details:
The list of results displays records that meet the criteria for child customer level alongside their corresponding master customer.
Child customer level: Represents an individual identity originating from a unique upstream source system received into CDP.
Master customer: Represents the aggregation of all child customer identities into a single record.
If the same customer has multiple identities with the same data, the list of results might display similar or identical rows. You can click the identity that best matches and has the most complete information.
After you click any child customer record from the search results, CDP displays the following 360 Profile view with the following information:
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Header | Represents the top part of the 360 tabs that shows the first name, last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address of the customer if they exist at the master customer level. |
Overview | Provides a snapshot of buying statistics, recent events, transaction history, Machine Learning model scores, and the number of merged identities that make up the unified profile. |
Profile | Displays the basic customer data, including standard attributes and specific attributes that are visible to 360 Profiles for your tenant. This tab does not display all data for the record stored in CDP. |
Journey | Provides recent history of the customer's interactions with your brand, often including events such as email opens, clicks, and web browsing activity like products or categories viewed. |
Transaction | Displays the full list of transactions the customer placed, ordered by showing the most recent transactions first. You can scroll to view prior transactions. You can expand each transaction to view more details about the items that were purchased, such as status, revenue and discount. |
Machine Learning | Displays the scores, deciles, or product recommendations from Acquia’s Machine Learning models or your organization's custom models. Only models trained for your tenant appear on this tab. |
Identities | Displays the information snippets from each child record that contribute to the parent customer record or unified profile. To delete all identities linked to the parent record, click Delete Multiple in the top right corner. |
Household | Provides an aggregated view of the relationships among master records for the profiles in the same household. It helps organizations to analyze interactions and transactions for all household members, providing thorough insights and personalized strategies. This feature is available upon request. To get this feature, contact Acquia support. |
