COMPANY XYZ offers this collection of digital assets for download and use
at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the consequences of any
use you choose to make of the assets you download from this collection,
and for any changes that you make to the content of the files.
Provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices, you
may use the information and materials in the files for appropriate
professional purposes. You agree not to use the information and materials
in the files in any way that is knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate,
abusive, vulgar, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a
person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
The files are the sole property of COMPANY XYZ and are provided 'as is'
without warranty of any kind, whether expressor implied. All implied
warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement,
are hereby expressly disclaimed. Images downloaded are for the sole
intended use of advertising or promoting COMPANY XYZ (group of companies)
products only, and may not be used for any other express purpose.
The following example may be displayed before a user downloads an asset:

approved marketing campaigns. It is not for commercial use."
Specific
"This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (in your
capacity as an individual and as an agent for your company, institution or
other entity) (collectively, "you" or "Licensee") and COMPANY XYZ.
Downloading, displaying, using, or copying of an image by you or by a
third party on your behalf indicates your agreement to be bound by the
terms and conditions of the License Agreement. You agree that the image
selected by you may be used for noncommercial, educational purposes only;
no derivative works are allowed, and attribution and copyright notice is
required. Any transfer of the image by you must be for non-commercial
purposes: transferred copies are equally subject to the terms of this
Agreement. Please provide the following copyright notice on any appearance
of a downloaded image: ©COMPANY XYZ. If you do not agree to these terms
and conditions, do not download, display, or use the image."
