Enabling the integration¶

To enable the integration, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to Workfront as an administrator.

2. In the upper right of the webpage, click Setup.

3. Expand the Documents section, and then click Cloud Providers.

4. Select the checkbox next to Acquia DAM Classic to enable the integration.

5. Enter your Acquia DAM Classic credentials, if prompted.

6. Click Save to apply your changes.

To disable the integration, clear the checkbox next to Acquia DAM Classic, and then click Save.

Adding assets from Acquia DAM Classic to a Workfront project¶

To add an asset to a Workfront project from Acquia DAM Classic, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to Workfront, and then navigate to a project details page.

2. Click the Documents tab.

3. Click Add Document, and then click From WebDAM. You may be prompted to authorize or reauthorize your Acquia DAM Classic account. If so, click Yes and follow the on-screen directions.

4. In the Link External Files and Folders dialog box, select the assets that you want to add to the project by selecting the checkbox next to each asset.

5. Click Link.

Your linked Acquia DAM Classic assets are now visible in Workfront.

Uploading assets from a Workfront project to Acquia DAM Classic¶

When you complete or modify a project in Workfront, you can then move the project to Acquia DAM Classic to make it accessible by other users and platforms.

To send an asset to Acquia DAM Classic, complete the following steps:

1. Sign in to Workfront, and then navigate to a project details page.

2. Click the Documents tab.

3. Select the asset that you want to upload to Acquia DAM Classic.

4. Click More, and then click Send to > Acquia DAM.

5. Select the folder into which you want to upload the asset.

6. Click Save.
