Verifying Personalization on a site

End-of-life notice!

Acquia announces the end-of-life for the acquia_lift module effective December 31, 2025. Acquia recommends you to update your application to the current version of Acquia Personalization. For any assistance related to migration, contact Acquia Support.

Use the following steps to verify that Acquia Personalization is collecting data and making decisions on your website:

  1. Open your website using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect to open the browser developer tools.
  3. In the developer tools panel, select the Network tab.
  4. Refresh the page of your website.

  5. Use the search bar to find a /decide network request in the list of network requests.

    If you see a /decide network request, Acquia Personalization is active on your website and making decisions based on the collected data.
