Personalization users may bulk export user data to use it in other systems or perform analysis. Use the Personalization file import reference to understand the file contents.

To export data:

• Sign in to Personalization as an administrator, and then click the Configure tab.
• Click the Export link.
• Use the following fields to search for a file:
  • File name: Search for the file name.
  • Status: Select a file status.
  • From and To: Set dates to limit the file data.
• Click Search.
• Click Export data.
