"Error 560: An internal error occurred" for Acquia Personalization

Issue
In the Acquia Personalization Dashboard / Campaign sections, you may see this error: "Error 560: An internal error occurred."
Resolution
Check for the following:
- Recently deleted / replaced site_id name.
- If the deleted site_id is still used in Campaigns.
- Check to make sure that the site_id entered is 20 characters or less.
Correct any broken site_id's.
Cause
An orphaned site_id or any modified elements being used at the Campaign section will cause the error.
