Segments in common with touches detail report

Personalization includes the Segments in common with touches detail report displaying the number of unique people who matched a specified segment and all other segments within the same touch defaulting to the past 30 days.

Running the report

To run the report:

  1. Sign in to Personalization and in the top menu, click Analyze. The Analytics Views page opens.
  2. Click Segment to expand the list of available reports.
  3. Click Segments in common with touches to display the report’s filter settings.

    By default, the Segments in common with touches report is pre-configured with the following filters and settings:

    • Customer Site is any value
    • Date is in the past 30 days
    • Segment Name is any value (You must specify a segment)
  4. To compile the report, specify a Segment Name and click Run.

This report shows the number of people who matched the specified segment and all other segments, including null, within the same touch.

Explore From Here

To view basic analytics information, from the report section in the table, click the icon and select Explore From Here from the menu.

Alternately, you can click Person Count for Segments in common with a Touch Filtered by Segment in the table. Both options open the Explore page and display the Profiles section for the Segments in common with touches report.
