1. Install Drupal Starter Kits by leveraging the Community starter kit.

   To do so, you can leverage one of the following methods:

   • Local system
   • Cloud IDE
   • Cloud Platform user interface
   • Site Factory user interface

2. Develop your site by using Drupal Starter Kits.
