You manage content from the Content administration page with the Headless starter kit.
The following image and table describe the key area of the Content administration page:

A | Secondary navigation to administer content, blocks, managed files, and media. |
B | Tertiary navigation for moderate content and schedule workflow transitions. |
C | Filter form to refine the content displayed below. By default, the filter form contains filters for title, content type, published state, language, categories, and tags. |
D | Bulk actions functionality to select filtered content and apply bulk actions such as publishing, unpublishing, and deleting. |
E | Operations dropdown menu for a single piece of content. The default Edit button takes you to the content edit form. |
