Troubleshooting Acquia Cloud Edge

This page describes the approaches you can take to resolve any issues you find with Acquia Cloud Edge.

Timeouts

Acquia Cloud Edge waits 100 seconds for a response from your back end (origin) servers before timing out. If Acquia Cloud Edge doesn’t receive a response after 100 seconds, it will close the connection and display the following error:

Error 524: A timeout occurred

Long-running processes, such as report generation, may trigger this error unless the application is modified to return HTTP responses in the time limit.

Acquia Cloud Enterprise subscribers can contact Acquia Support to request a timeout limit increase to a maximum of 600 seconds.
