Manage campaigns and segments
Campaigns and segments can be efficiently organized by creating folders and sub-folders to group related files.
Creation of folders and sub-folders enhances accessibility and also provides convenience of:
- Searching folders and files
- Sorting files by name, date modified, file type, and size
Campaign builder
The campaign builder provides a workflow to help you create and refine user segments. The workflow consists of the following phases:
- Create an audience.
- Define segment criteria.
- Refine segment and variants.
- Add content.
Select a destination for the data set.
For example, send the audience to Campaign Studio or Personalization.
