Uninstalling Personalization

To remove the Personalization modules:

Note

Acquia will remove your Personalization Profile manager access for you.

  1. Sign in to your Personalization-enabled Drupal website as an administrator.

  2. In the Admin menu, click Extend, and then click Uninstall.

  3. Select the checkboxes next to the Personalization modules you want to remove. If you are using Content Hub for syndication, you may not be removing all the modules:

    • Content Hub

    • Content Hub Subscriber

    • Personalization

    • Personalization Inspector

  4. Click Uninstall.

  5. Any users using the Personalization bookmarklet can delete it from their web browser.

To completely uninstall Content Hub, repeat this process for each individual publisher and subscriber website.
