Updated PHP (macOS) to versions 5.5.38, 7.0.26, and 7.1.12

Acquia Dev Desktop now enforces the use of Apache-compatible site names. Any previously created, non-compatible site names will be converted.
The provided versions of PHP and MySQL now use 64-bit builds, where applicable.
Acquia Dev Desktop can now host local applications in Acquia Cloud for users of Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows 10.
