Contact DAM Support

To submit a DAM Support case:

  1. Log in to your DAM site.
  2. In the global menu, click the Help (?) icon and then click Acquia DAM Community.

    The system redirects you to the Acquia DAM Community welcome page.

  3. In the Support menu, click Contact support and create a case for the Support team.

Alternatively, you use the Chat option to interact with a DAM Support specialist.

Contact Optimize Support

To get help on Acquia Optimize, use either of the following methods:

  • Write an email to [email protected].
  • Log in to Acquia Optimize and use either of the following options:
    • Click Contact Support to send your query to the Optimize Support team.

      Alternatively, you can search for an article that answers your query.

    • Click the Knowledge Base (?) icon to access help articles.
    • Click your Profile icon and then click Book online training to schedule an online training session.
