Why does an Agent (bot) account appear in my organization?

The Agent (bot) account represents the Acquia AI agent. Acquia adds the account to the organization after Acquia AI is enabled. Work mode tasks run under the agent identity instead of a user account. The agent holds the Agent role on the Agents team.

By default, the agent has no access to any application or site. Acquia Cloud Platform Team Management displays the account as active with no assigned applications. The agent acts only on the applications and sites that an organization administrator assigns on the Agent access page in Acquia AI.
