Access to Cloud IDE is managed through the Cloud Platform interface. After you create your IDE, you can launch it directly from the Cloud IDE page for your application.

Sign in to the Cloud Platform user interface.
Navigate to your application and select the environment where you want to use Cloud IDE.
Launch Cloud IDE from the environment dashboard.
Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate and access your development environment.
