As a Multi-Experience Operations user, you have the same teams and permissions system like Cloud Platform. This system enables you to control who in your organization has access to the tools you use to manage your codebases. For more information, visit Managing users, teams, roles, and permissions.

Using the Acquia teams and permissions system, you can do the following tasks:

• Create teams of developers.
• Assign roles to team members.
• Invite new members to existing teams.
• Give teams access to your Cloud Platform codebases.
• Modify roles, specifying over 40 different permissions available in each role.

In addition, you can view all the codebases in the organization, together with the teams assigned to each codebase. If you have many codebases, you can use the Filter by codebase name field to limit which codebases display. You can also assign teams to a codebases.

To assign a team to a codebase:

1. Sign in to the Cloud Platform user interface.
2. Go to Codebases.
3. Select a specific codebase to which you want to assign a team.

4. Click Team Management.

   
5. Go to Codebases.
6. Select the codebase’s Assign teams link.
7. Select the teams you want to assign to this codebase and select Continue.
8. In the confirmation dialog box, select Assign Teams.
