Insufficient Permission error when accessing the Solr 7 section in the Acquia Cloud UI

Issue
When accessing the Solr 7 section in the Acquia Cloud UI you get the following error
"You do not have permission to view the search indexes on this environment."
Resolution
To resolve this error, you need to contact your Application's Administrator to alter your existing role to allow you to access the Solr 7 section in the Acquia Cloud UI. They will be able to configure the roles. By default, this permission is available only for Admin roles.
You must have the permission to:
"Acquia Search with Solr 7"
