After you are done customizing a template (document) and click Finished, you will be taken to the Document Details page, where you can download or order it. Download the file to your computer, share (order) it via email with someone else like a third-party vendor, or submit it to someone for approval. If order approval is required, you will see a button that says Submit for approval.
The share/order button can be customized to allow you to send documents directly to a third party for approval or printing. If you are a site admin, contact your customer success manager for more details about setting this up in an order profile.
The permissions you have in Acquia DAM for downloading and ordering will apply to any downloads or orders from Templates.
You can also download the document from My Documents or from the Order History tab.
