Templates help you create branded marketing materials on demand using assets from your Acquia DAM. Empower your salespeople, marketers, and dealers to find and customize materials like sell sheets, brochures, flyers, and business materials in the DAM while giving designers a way to create templates in the tool they use most.

Designers create templates in InDesign and determine the image frames and text areas that can be customized or leave as fixed areas in the template, while users can customize templates without needing knowledge of InDesign. Areas can be customized to allow teams to easily create ads, brochures, business cards, sell sheets, signage, and more. Add personalized branding, contact information, and logos, along with selected assets from your DAM. DAM admins can manage and maintain templates in the DAM, and completed PDF files can be mailed to third parties for approval or download for electronic distribution.
