Expiration dates can be applied to all assets.

 

Track expiring watched assets

You can receive alerts or email notifications when assets you're watching will expire. To turn this on, go to your user profile and select User Settings. Within Preferences, select Track Expiring Assets in Watched Asset Notifications.

The email lets you know that assets you're watching are within seven days of expiring. A link to the expiring assets is included.
