Animated GIFs
When you upload animated GIF files to the enhanced proofer using Chrome or Firefox, you may see a pop-up message stating that a Ziflow browser extension is required to review the proof. This extension is free for all users and ensures the full functionality of the enhanced proofer is available for reviewers.
If you select Cancel in the pop-up, you will still be able to comment, reply to comments, and make a decision. However, markup tools will not be available.
If you wish to install the extension later, a reminder will continue to be displayed in the lower right corner.
With the extension installed, markup tools become enabled. When marking up animated GIFs in the enhanced proofer, you can add markup at specific times in the animation.
The Ziflow extension isn’t available in Safari, so Safari users will see the following message. This means that Safari has the same functionality as using Chrome or Firefox without the extension.
