Acquia Copilot for DAM: AI-Powered Support Assistant

Overview

Acquia Copilot is an AI-powered chat assistant that provides instant access to the DAM knowledge base through a natural language interface. This feature helps users get immediate support and information about DAM functionality directly within the application.

Enabling Copilot

  • Copilot is disabled by default
  • Administrators can enable it under Admin > Global features
  • Once enabled, all users can access Copilot via the "AI" sparkle icon in the top navigation

Using Copilot

  1. Click the "AI" sparkle icon to open the chat window
  2. Enter your question about DAM functionality

3. Receive AI-powered responses based on the DAM knowledge base

  1. Use available actions:
    • Copy the response text
    • Provide feedback using the thumbs up/down icons
    • Restart the conversation to clear context

Best Practices

  • Start a new chat if responses seem unclear or off-topic
  • Remember that responses may vary due to the AI's non-deterministic nature
  • Use natural language to ask questions about DAM features, workflows, or functionality
