No. Changing the format of this email to something other than [email protected] is not allowed, because it is considered phishing.
How does this email group get updated when admin emails change?¶
We require that all customers create and send an internal admin email group, rather than providing us with a list of individual admin emails.
You can do this by contacting your IT team to set up one or multiple internal email groups, which should include the email addresses of all the DAM site admin at your organization. Additions, removals, or updates to your internal group email will be done by you or your IT team.
Once the email group is ready, submit a support case through the DAM Community. In the details section, select Custom Configuration and Admin email distribution group for your case. We will add your internal email group to the [email protected] email group.
What if we do not provide a group email to Acquia? ¶
The person at your organization who we have on file as the strategic contact will be included in the [email protected] email group.
